Highland Holiday Homes was established in 1988 and are based in centrally located offices in the centre of Aviemore. We are one of the longest established holiday letting agencies within the Highland and Cairngorms National Park area, specialising in the marketing and short term holiday rental of privately owned, high quality, self-catering holiday properties. Our office can provide you with our considerable experience in the marketing, promotion and management of your self-catering property. We operate within the Cairngorms National Park area and operate alongside a number of other worldwide holiday home agencies. This ensures full exposure of your property and allows us to maximise holiday bookings for your property all year round.

We respect your ownership of your property and endeavour at all times to ensure we secure bookings compatible with your wishes.
Depending on the level of support / input required owners can choose from the gold, silver or bronze package ranging from a bookings only service to a full property management service which can / does include maintenace support.

We are able to arrange to visit and provide a holiday home owner with an accurate and realistic appraisal of their property based on similar holiday home comparables in our specialist area. All registered property owners are also provided with a guide to letting which provides guidance to those new to the holiday rental market.
Every property is visited by an experienced member of the Highland Holiday Homes team who can help with any advice & improvements that could potentially increase bookings for you. We operate on an annual basis with an initial registration fee. The various websites we operate are all included in our annual registration fee which enhances the extensive coverage our agency can provide.
Unlike many other larger national and on-line companies, we choose to specialise as a hands-on agency operating within a specific geographical area enabling us to service owners and guests needs alike with full in-resort office representation.
